I’ve spent years around parks, campgrounds, and the people who keep them running. And one thing I’ve learned is this: every park has a story, and so does every owner.

Why I Started American RV Park Buyers
Over the last few years, I noticed a big shift in the RV park world.
More and more foreign and corporate investors were buying up family-run parks — often from owners who never even knew there was another option.
That didn’t sit right with me.
I wanted to create a simple, honest way for owners to talk with a friendly, direct buyer who actually cares about what happens next. Someone who takes the time to listen — not just send an offer.
That’s how American RV Park Buyers was born.
